alt=\"\">&nbsp; Duidelijk<\/h3>\n<br>\nSinds gisterenavond is het volledig duidelijk dat onze Overheid de aanpak van de financi\u00eble loonkostenschade voor werkgevers, waaronder dus ook Moofpeople als gespecialiseerde payroll onderneming, nog ruimer gaat vergoeden t.o.v. de eerdere berichtgeving rond de Deeltijd WW.<br>\n<br>\nDeze verruimde regeling heet: Tijdelijke Noodmaatregel Overbrugging voor Werkbehoud (NOW).<br>\nBelangrijkste uitgangspunten van deze verruiming:\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:circle;\">\n\t<li style=\"mso-line-height-rule: exactly;-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;\">Gedurende een periode van 3 maanden, maart-mei 2020, geen medewerkers op economische gronden ontslaan. M.a.w. baanzekerheid voor iedere medewerker op dit punt<\/li>\n\t<li style=\"mso-line-height-rule: exactly;-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;\">Loondoorbetaling van 100% aan alle medewerkers gedurende deze periode, inclusief de medewerkers werkzaam op 0-uren of oproepbasis cf. de wettelijke regels<\/li>\n\t<li style=\"mso-line-height-rule: exactly;-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;\">Aantoonbare omzetdaling van tenminste 20% gerekend vanaf 1 maart 2020 (derhalve een stukje terugwerkende kracht erbij)<\/li>\n\t<li style=\"mso-line-height-rule: exactly;-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;\">Afhankelijk van de hoogte van de omzetdaling is er een staffel die uiteindelijk de hoogte van de loonkostensubsidie (door het UWV te betalen aan Moofpeople) bepaalt. Wij betalen de komende 3 maanden het loon door aan al onze payrollmedewerkers werkzaam bij jullie. Degenen die niet kunnen werken op basis van de NOW hierboven beschreven en uiteraard degenen die wel kunnen werken (al dan niet vanaf huis) op basis van de normale situatie (ongewijzigd t.o.v. de periode voor de corona uitbraak).<br>\nDaarbij komt: wij gaan en hoeven dus niemand gedurende deze 3 maanden op economische gronden te ontslaan. Dat geeft rust, voor iedereen. Vanuit deze rust hopen wij in staat te zijn om met elkaar weer vooruitgang te boeken. Deze onzekere tijd te doorstaan en te overleven.<br>\n<br>\nWij zullen ook dienstbaar zijn op het gebied van inventarisatie omzetverlies. Van een groot aantal van onze klanten weten wij de omzetdaling reeds, als resultaat van de al ingediende Deeltijd WW formulieren de afgelopen dagen. Deze informatie nemen wij uiteraard mee in de uiteindelijke loonkostenschade bepaling. Voor de korte termijn (enkele dagen) mag dit document nog gebruikt worden richting Moofpeople. Zodra de nieuwe beleidsregels zijn bepaald, komen wij met nadere instructies uiteraard.<br>\nOok zullen wij dienstbaar zijn rond de enorme hoeveelheid vragen die er ongetwijfeld (weer) zullen komen. Geef ons daarin wat extra tijd (en vooral ook rust), want het belangrijkste voor de korte termijn (binnen de NOW voor nu bekend dus 3 maanden): de loondoorbetalingen aan de medewerkers wordt door ons goed geregeld. Geef dit door aan de medewerkers, zodat zij ook vitaal kunnen blijven a.g.v. de zekerheid van financi\u00ebn. Met als extra plus: vitale medewerkers kunnen medemensen helpen die hulp harder nodig hebben. Zorg goed voor elkaar.
