Difficult circumstances. An understatement.
Indeed, we live (and work) with each other right now under very difficult, unique, circumstances. After all, circumstances that (speaking for myself, but in all probability speaking for all readers of my blog) I/we have never experienced before. Let alone experience it together.
A terrible virus that causes extreme suffering, both humanly and economically. Local and international. I wrote about it earlier in our periodical Moof.nws.
What does this do to us? As people, as a society? What does this do to our companies, our organizations? What does this do to our business relationships, between Moofpeople and you, our customers?
I feel connection. I feel the shared longing for better times. How, when and in what forms exactly? I do not know. What I do know is that I have been looking for learning moments, for inspiration (what do and how do others act under these difficult circumstances?) and: above all, I have looked for new ways! Roads that offer perspective!
That's how I came up with Moof.All.
Through our platform Moof.All we would love to make new/different connections from Moofpeople (“that's right: today, May 1st, is Labor Day and we are going to work on shaping innovation within our collaborations”). A date that appeals to the imagination perhaps, but above all the start of taking a step towards a more beautiful world.
Remember:
opening up our network,
establishing connections within (and beyond),
inspiring and motivating each other (and others),
challenging each other,
hold each other in order to make the journey together to and through this “new” world.
A new world full of, as yet unknown, beautiful and undoubtedly also sad moments. Moments that we will experience together, which we will endure together, because we choose:
Together to tomorrow! Employership and entrepreneurship go hand in hand! Only then will “unusually carefree” get the meaning it deserves today and tomorrow.
May 14, 2020 finds the launch of Moof.All Place. I am looking forward to it, partly because many of you have already shown interest in recent weeks, of commitment even in the form of concrete support in the rollout, the implementation and everything that is to come. It is precisely this that strengthens my conviction that we will get through this difficult period together, where it is not necessarily important to know exactly how, because I do not know that exactly either. But it is vital that we really do it together!
