PURPOSE OF THE JOB
As an account manager, you'll be the single point of contact and the link between Moofpeople and SC Heerenveen, focusing on the safety organization and everything that entails. You'll maintain a warm and professional relationship, understand the needs, and ensure agreements are clear and adhered to.

ACTIVITIES

• You are the face of Moofpeople towards, among others, the safety organization of sc Heerenveen;
• You maintain active contact with the coordinators and stakeholders involved and you keep the lines of communication short;
• You support the security organization on match days, especially at home games;
• You coordinate the recruitment and selection of stewards, parking stewards and medical staff, in coordination with SC Heerenveen;
• You are the contact person for the group of stewards who are on the payroll at Moofpeople;
• You support debriefings in the event of calamities and you monitor follow-up of actions and agreements;
• You identify opportunities for improvement in collaboration, planning and implementation and you contribute ideas about the future and strategy that goes with it.
