Difficult circumstances. An understatement.
Indeed, we live (and work) with each other at the moment under very difficult, unique, circumstances. Circumstances that (speaking for myself, but in all likelihood speaking for all readers of my blog) I / we have never experienced before. Let alone have experienced together.
A terrible virus that causes extreme suffering, both humanly and economically. Local and international. I wrote about it earlier in our periodic Moof.nws.
What does this do to us? As people, as a society? What does this do to our companies, our organizations? What does this do to our business relationships, between Moofpeople and you, our customers?
I feel connection. I feel the shared yearning for better times. How, when and in what forms exactly? I don’t know. What I do know is that I have been looking for learning moments, for inspiration (what do and how do others act under these difficult circumstances?) and: above all, I have been looking for new ways! Roads that offer perspective!
That’s how I ended up on Moof.All.
Through our platform Moof.All, we at Moofpeople would love to make new/ different connections (“yes: today, 1 May, is Labor Day and we are going to work on shaping innovation within our collaborations”). A date that appeals to the imagination perhaps, but above all the beginning of taking a step towards a more beautiful world.
Think of:
opening up our network,
entering into connections within (and outside),
inspiring and motivating each other (and others),
challenging each other,
holding each other in order to make the journey to and through this “new” world together.
A new world full of, as yet unknown, beautiful and undoubtedly sad moments. Moments that we are going to experience together, endure together, because we choose:
Together to tomorrow! Employership and entrepreneurship go hand in hand! Only then will “unusually carefree” get the charge it deserves today and tomorrow.
The launch of Moof.All will take place on 14 May 2020. I am looking forward to it, partly because many of you have already shown interest in recent weeks, of commitment even in the form of concrete support in the roll-out, the implementation and everything that is still to come. It is precisely this that strengthens my conviction that we are going to go through this difficult period together, where it is not necessarily important to know exactly how, because I do not know exactly. But it is of vital importance that we really (will) do it together!
